The Best Mexican Pizza

Mexican Pizza is loaded up with prepared ground meat, beans, cheddar and enchilada sauce stuffed between two brilliant flour tortillas. These are a flavorful curve on conventional pizza!

Prep time

Total time
30 mins

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 medium-size flour tortillas
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper-jack cheese
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1 small can sliced olives

  1. Preheat stove to 375 degrees F. Take 2 heating sheets and shower them with non-stick splash. Spot 3 tortillas on each preparing sheet. Spot in the stove and prepare for 5 minutes, cautiously flip tortillas over while they're still in the broiler (*don't consume yourself please*) and afterward heat an additional 5 minutes to fresh on the opposite side. You need tortillas a slight brilliant shading and firm. Expel from stove and put in a safe spot.

  2. In the mean time, cook the ground hamburger in a huge skillet over medium-high warmth. Channel oil. Include taco flavoring and water. Heat blend to the point of boiling, at that point lessen warmth to medium-low. Mix and stew for 10 minutes. Expel from heat.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the refried beans until warmed through. Spread a far layer of beans on one tortilla. Top with ⅓ of the meat blend. Spot another tortilla over the meat. Spread 3 Tablespoons of enchilada sauce over the top tortilla. Sprinkle with some cheddar and pepper-jack cheddar. Include a couple of dices of tomato, green onion and olives.

  4. Rehash process with the rest of the tortillas. You will have 3 Mexican pizzas all out.

  5. Spot pizzas on the heating sheet and prepare for 5 minutes, or until cheddar is softened and bubbly. Expel from broiler and let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Appreciate ♥
